Returning patients fill out the same demographics section every single visit even though nothing has changed. For patients who visit monthly (chronic conditions, wound care, dialysis prep), this is frustrating and wastes 5-8 minutes. Pre-filling demographics from the last encounter and only asking for updates would significantly improve throughput.
