Our medical director wants a live view of how many patients are in each stage of the visit (check-in, waiting, with provider, checkout) so they can identify bottlenecks in real time. Currently this requires walking the floor. A simple dashboard on a wall-mounted screen in the back office would help us manage flow during peak hours.
